Case of infection of the upper left tooth causing pain and edema problems in the eye of the same side. Toxins produced by the bacteria left in the badly treated tooth affected the eye near the area, causing suffering to the patient for years. After retreatment of the canal, the symptoms disappeared completely. The use of laser and ultrasonic in retreatment of these canals promoted the elimination of bacteria.
